Return Policy

Our permanent jewelry is final sale once it has been welded on. However, we understand things happen. If your jewelry is snagged or any outside source causes it to snap, we will repair it free of charge within 45 days. Any repairs required after 45 days will incur a $30 charge. Jewelry MUST be brought to repair and cannot be replaced with a new chain. All repairs will take place at an AGB-approved pop-up location or Café Syban.

Customized pieces are final sale. However, we strive to provide quality jewelry and service for a pleasurable and memorable experience. If for any reason there is dissatisfaction with your custom piece, please email us at info@agildedbond.com and we will do our best to fix your jewelry needs!
