Our permanent jewelry becomes final sale once welded on. But life happens, and we want to provide only the best experience. If your piece snags or breaks due to external damage, we'll repair it free of charge within 45 days of purchase. Repairs after 45 days incur a $25 repair fee. Your original jewelry MUST be brought in for repair and cannot be swapped for a new chain. All repairs are completed at an AGB-approved pop-up location or Café Syban.

Customized pieces are final sale. That said, we're committed to quality craftsmanship and exceptional service. If you're unsatisfied with your custom piece for any reason, reach out to info@agildedbond.com, and we'll work to resolve it.
