A family affair.

A Gilded Bond was founded after two sisters filmed a Tik-Tok trend on a random Saturday in New York City. The idea was to pick things to do at random, pulling papers blindly out of a hat to find new ways to explore the city and in the process, continue to strengthen our sibling bond.

One activity to do was to get matching bracelets. As we shopped at jewelry stores around New York, a realization sparked about how jewelry is a unique but luxurious way to remember beautiful experiences. That's when we started brainstorming the gold in strong relationships.

Then there’s Mom. Who’s, and this may not be very objective, cooking we often propped up as some of the best in the city for Dominican cuisine. Keslie, the younger sister, hounded mom to sell her chicken empanadas for years. While mom had the dream, of one day sharing her favorite treats made from scratch, she also had the fear that comes with taking such a leap.

Inspired by her daughter’s, mom was FINALLY convinced when Keslie was inspired by loyal clients waiting patiently at flea markets for their custom pieces. It occurred to Keslie there was a missing piece to the experience of a charm bar; treats! And since she spent years begging her mother to sell her favorite treat, Keslie finally convinced her mom to open her Dominican cafe with AGB, so both of their dreams would see the clouds and soar.

With a focus on creating meaningful connections through exquisite jewelry, A Gilded Bond strives to offer pieces that symbolize shared moments and personal stories. Each bracelet, necklace, and charm is meticulously designed to capture the essence of companionship, making it a cherished keepsake for those who wear it.
